We suggest, however, that you try our mattresses / toppers for the full 60 night period to allow time for a true evaluation of the benefit they can offer as there can sometimes be an adjustment period when you begin to sleep on the mattress. In the unlikely event that you find your mattress or topper unsuitable we are pleased to offer a 60 night return policy with a full refund, minus £40 collection and admin charge with no complicated clauses. Please contact us via email at sales@snugmattress.co.uk to notify us of your intention to return the product under the terms of the trial. We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the product from damage during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items, including the pillows, are safely and securely wrapped and must not be returned in a soiled condition. PLEASE NOTE: mattresses and toppers returned under our 60 night trial period are safely disposed of, or given to charity, and are never reused or resold. Please note pillows are not included in the trial period. Contact us again to confirm you have received packaging and together we arrange a mutually convenient date for collection or exchange. Upon inspection of returned goods, refunds will be processed within 7 days. Please note the 60-night trial does not apply to bespoke, or special shape or size products.
